Official National flag-off of the SPW (774000 jobs) in Asaba Delta State. His Excellency the Executive Governor of Delta State,was ably represented by the Hon. Com. for Information, while the Hon Minister of state for labour and Employment was represented by Rt Hon Victor Ochei, Executive Director NIMASA and a former Speaker Delta State House of Assembly.
